I have had the wonderful opportunity of being a Realtor for almost 17 years. My daily life consists of working with folks looking for their new home, and many times their first home. I often realize just how much they depend on me; they are truly counting on me to provide them with their options, issues to consider, finding an outstanding lender, real estate attorney and home inspector. I am very happy to be their go to person and reliable source for information and recommendations. Working with sellers is similar in many ways - such as providing real estate advice that I have amassed over the years. But, selling a home also requires different skills. Everyone will agree the listing agent must be proficient in marketing but equally important is the ability to successfully manage the transaction. My attention to transaction management comes from many years in high tech. I realized a long time ago, the way to get my sellers to the closing table smoothly and successfully, rested on 150% attention to absolutely every detail. In terms of marketing, I spare no expense...with the use of drones, floor plans, full motion video, professional photos and property websites...The use of high level marketing has allowed me to sell homes to families relocating from across the country 'sight unseen'! They relied on the professional photos, full motion video, floor plan and even a custom facetime tour!
