As a professional full-time Real Estate Sales & Marketing Advisor and proud Broker|Owner of Boston Connect Real Estate Service, I am passionate about my commitment to Buyers & Sellers from the Boston area to the South Shore with their home and real estate needs. I take my relationship and responsibility to my clients very seriously. I have been in the real estate industry assisting first-time home buyers, investors, right sizers, seniors, individuals and families for over ten years. I am confident that my commitment and connection to my clients along with my passion and devotion to my real estate career have been the key elements that have made my real estate business a success. I am motivated, enthusiastic and proactive as well as fully committed to my clients, their continued referrals to me and the communities I serve. I pride myself on keeping my clients priorities as my first priority Always! Professional History: In September of 2010 I received my Real Estate Brokers License. I was thrilled to have passed on my first attempt. Wheels went into motion soon thereafter and I decided to open my own real estate firm Boston Connect Real Estate Services. It is an exciting next step in my career and I am looking forward to this awesome journey ahead. The motto for or office is simple The 4 Cs - Committed and Connected to our Clients and the Communities we serve!My professional real estate portfolio consists of being one of the South Shores productive real estate agents year after year. I refuse to allow a declining real estate market impact my passion to help my clients buy and sell homes. I have sold many homes over my fourteen years in the business. I have sold over 100 homes over the past four years alone. Not only do I have a passion for real estate. I also have a desire to learn more and have a passion for education. When times are slow in the real estate industry, I take this opportunity to improve on my skills so that I can be a strong, valuable asset for my clients. I take real estate seriously and learning more about technology, laws, rule and regulations is an intricate part of being smart and prepared for my clients. Some of my continued education includes my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) a designation by NAR National Association of Realtors, CBR (Certified Buyers Representative) and just recently ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) along with many other webinars, seminars and classes on technology, social media and laws and procedures.Before becoming a real estate agent, I was fortunate to be an at-home mom. To this I credit my daughters respect for others and good manners. I had little part-time jobs throughout those years to help for the small expenses in our lives. Before the girls, I had a wonderful career in Sales, Marketing and Advertising with Reebok International. I credit these years to my passion for listing properties for sale. I have a great sense of how to get it sold and take full advantage of all the valuable skills I took away from my tenure at Reebok and fully utilize the tools currently available to target as many people as I can for each of my listings.
