Cape Cod is a very special place that my family and I are pleased to call home. My wife, Susan, and I moved to Cape Cod in 1977, from Central New York state(Syracuse/Oswego). I came to Cape Cod to work as an elementary school counselor in the Barnstable Public School system. We are the proud parents of 8 children; 7 girls and 1 boy, all grown and living on their own. We also have 5 grandchildren with a 6th on the way.
I started working in real estate in 1979 and moved from being a part-time broker to being a partner in a firm, to opening BK Real Estate, Inc. in June of 1988. I owned and operated BK Real Estate, Inc. for 29 years and on July 1, 2017, I merged my company with Kinlin Grover Real Estate, the number one selling office in dollar volume on the Cape. The new company is called Kinlin Grover BK Real Estate, and I look forward to continuing to help buyers and sellers navigate the Cape Cod real estate market.
