Raised in a real estate family in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Erica graduated from Syracuse Universitys prestigious Martin J Whitman School of Management. Beginning her career in the Buyer Training Program at the TJX Companies in Framingham, MA, she then served as an Account Manager at both Fidelity Investments and Digitas Boston.
Erica launched her career in Real Estate in 2012. Erica has served on several Greater Boston Real Estate Board Committies including: Community Service, Rental Task Force, and Young Professionals Network to name a few. Erica currently serves as Director of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices ReThink Council for the state of Massachusetts. Consistently ranking among the top agents in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Network, Erica has been honored with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor Society Award, Leading Edge Society Award, Presidents Circle and Chairmans Gold Award.
