From my very first day as a brand-new Realtor to today 30 years later, I have found great satisfaction in providing client-oriented Real Estate service. I specialize in the Listing and Selling of historic properties, multi-generational family-owned estates, waterfront and waterview properties, residential homes, vacant land and condos.
I opened my own boutique firm, Martha Pendergast Real Estate, in 2002 after six years working as a sales agent at the largest real estate company on Cape Cod where I earned the distinction of Individual Top Agent as well as Top Lister, Top Seller and Top Lister/Top Seller Combined, in addition to other accolades. My daughter was just two years old when I opened my company. She is now off to Grad School!
My professional designations include: ABR, GRI, SRS, CBR, E-Pro, and I have been C2EX endorsed by the NAR since 2020. In September of 2019 I completed the Professional Standards Tribunal training at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and completed the Ombudsman training at that time as well. I have a Master's Degree is in International Business from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan, and a BA in Psychology from Trinity College in Washington, D.C.. I am proud of the dedication and diligence it took to earn these designations and happy to put them to work for you!
At the level of professional service I have proudly served on the NAR Land Use, Property Rights and the Environment Committee and have served on the MAR Education Committee, the Professional Standards Committee and the Consumer Awareness Task Force as well as on the CC&IAOR Product Task Force and the Government Affairs Public Policy Committee
