Pam is the broker/co- owner(with her daughter-in-law Tiffany) of Roberts & Associates Realty, Inc a long-standing independent boutique agency in historic downtown Lenox. Pam's 35+ years in the business serving buyers and sellers also involves active involvement in the Berkshire County Board of Realtors. She has served on many Realtor committees throughout the years, has been honored as the Realtor-of-the Year twice, has served as the president of the local MLS service and is a trained mediator. Holding an MBA from the UMass Isenberg School along with many advanced real estate designations, gives clients the comfort that one of the largest financial decisions they will make will be brokered by a long-time professional who continues to evolve with technology and business skills. When not out with buyers Pam can be seen running (24 marathons) along the backroads of the Berkshires or hiking with her dogs on the ridges of October Mountain and beyond.
