Like so many other people who live in South Florida, I'm not a native. I live here because I love it.
If you love that feeling you get when you get off the plane in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami, you might be thinking about creating a more permanent presence here, so you won't ever have to don your heavy winter coat or pick up a snow shovel, ever again. If that sounds like you, I'm your person and I'd enjoy working with you as your agent.
I'm a native New Yorker who went to college in the Boston area and like so many others, stayed to enjoy the beauty of New England landscapes, the culture, and the camaraderie of colleagues and treasured friends and family. I worked very happily for more than 25 years in Massachusetts as one of Coldwell Banker's top agents, specializing in country homes and horse properties in Bolton and in Harvard and ultimately, in picturesque Concord. It was hard to leave but I ultimately chose the joys of walks on the beach over the hazards of icy winter driving. I haven't looked back.
Whenever you're thinking of moving-be it down the street, to an adjoining town, or to a faraway state, it's a big decision-one not to be made lightly. Having gone through the process of planning and executing a long-distance move from New England to Florida, I'm equipped to help you devise a workable plan, avoid some of the mistakes I made, and help your transition be as smooth and happy as it can possibly be.

I'd love to show you the joys of meandering through the many tranquil parks, marveling at gardens that will delight your senses, and discovering the not-so-well known neighborhoods where you can revel in a feeling of "peace of place" without paying a fortune.
