Frank Neer is also a trusted leader in the South Shore and is known for his generous offering of time and efforts to several not-for-profit organizations. Frank just completed a two year term as President of the South Shore Art Center Board of Directors. Frank not only helped guide the SSAC but was responsible for bringing Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops to Cohasset as a benefit for the SSAC for the past five years. Frank is also a Founding Board member of the Cohasset Land Foundation and on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Playhouse which owns and operates the South Shore Music Circus and the Cape Cod Melody Tent. Frank is also the Executive Director of the Nantucket Wine Festival and the Tanglewood Wine & Food Classic all which benefit childrens programs and the Arts.

Frank resides in Cohasset with his wife Judy and his daughter Jenna.
