Catherine Luther has been a full-time residential Realtor and an award winning multi-million dollar sales producer for over thirty years. Over the course of her tenure in the real estate business, Catherine has listed and sold thousands of homes in the Greater Boston area. From single-family homes and condominiums to multi-family properties and apartment buildings Catherine has sold a broad spectrum of properties while building a reputation for achieving an enviable record of notable prices during all kinds of market conditions, even during challenging times.
A basic premise of Catherines real estate practice is that success for her clients is achieved through knowledge, dedication, perseverance and a strong dose of creativity. Whether acting as a buyers agent or representing a seller, Catherine believes that the key to achieving the most advantageous price point for her clients is through attention to detail leveraged by the use of the latest technology and her skills as an experienced negotiator.
Catherine grew up in a family real estate business. Her mother operated a residential brokerage for many years. Her father and uncles were Boston-based attorneys and judges. Catherine and her husband, Bill Luther, have lived, owned property and done business in Cambridge since 1975. Their daughter, Ashley, attended the Cambridge public schools. Catherine and Bill started their family-owned real estate business in 1984. They currently employ a full-time administrative staff and over 30 sales agents. Catherines real estate expertise has been featured in newspaper and magazine articles as well as on television. She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors.
