I was born in Cleveland, Ohio and attended undergraduate and law schools at the University of Cincinnati. I have been fortunate to live in a variety of places and experience various cultures: Cleveland & Cincinnati, Ohio; Washington, DC; Tokyo, Japan; Kailua, Hawaii; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and finally, on Cape Cod where family members live.
I have been involved with real estate in various capacities for over 20 years as an owner, investor, advisor and realtor. I am an attorney and also worked in the tax and accounting fields, most recently for American Express. I am knowledgeable about Section 1031 exchanges, financing and the intricacies of real estate transactions.
In addition to handling sales I manage our rental department, which is often critical to second-home buyers. Most important is the fact that I love what I do. Whether I am working to find a house for you, or to sell a house for you, It is incredibly rewarding to listen to you and to help you achieve your goals.
