Maria was born and raised in Costa Rica. She spent her early years living on the Caribbean coast in Limon. In her teenage years Maria and her family moved to the capital San Jose. When Maria turned 21 she immigrated to the United States. Marias first home town in the U.S was in Hanson, MA. Of course she had to move up her precious Cat named Cougar who used to be an outdoor cat. Maria enjoys going out with Cougar on walks after months of training and lots of patience to get her to walk on leash.

Maria has had the pleasure of living in different towns on the south shore, and her love for the area grows everyday. She had been a resident of the towns of Hanson, Plymouth, Marshfield, Hanover, and in 2020 Maria and her fiance bought a home together in Pembroke Massachusetts located on Stetson Pond. They both share a passion for the waterfront lifestyle.

All of the places she has lived in had something in common which is near water either rivers, lakes or ocean. Maria feels a big connection with water front properties and would love to share her passion for waterfront living with her clients.

Following her love for animals in 2019 Maria became a Professional Dog Groomer and worked in the industry for 3 years. Also in 2019 receive her 200 RYT at Open doors Yoga in Weymouth MA. Maria has practiced yoga for the past 10 years.

In 2022 Maria passed her real estate exam and went on to join her Fiance broker owner Shawn Moloney on the Moloney Team. Maria works on the team helping market and sell homes. She also works often as a buyers agent taking clients out on showings. The Moloney team specializes in helping clients buy and sell waterfront homes.
