With over fifteen years of real estate experience, Steve has worked with a wide variety of clients, helping them sell, buy, lease and invest in residential and commercial real estate. When you partner with Steve you get incredible attention to detail, fierce client advocacy, an easy-going nature and a dry sense of humor.
Steve has held numerous leadership positions for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, serving as the Government Affairs Vice President and State Political Coordinator at the state level, and as a Director at the local board level.
An active member of his community, Steve has served on the Agricultural Commission; served as a community representative with national, regional and local Rails to Trails organizations to develop portions of the NH Border to Boston Trail; volunteered as a youth sports coach for little league baseball and soccer; and as one of the first public access TV Producers in his community, enabling the live broadcast of municipal meetings to local residents.
Prior to working in real estate, Steve was a sales professional focusing on Global Business Accounts in the telecommunication and technology industries. Initial entry into the pure commission real estate world required some side hustles, so Steve earned a commercial drivers license and operated everything from a city bus, to an enormous rollover plow truck on the runways of Hanscom Air Field, to the Zamboni ice resurfacer at Phillips Academy Andover. While those vehicles are currently in park, he knows about hard work and understands that most customers biggest asset is the real estate they have entrusted him with.
Steve graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Marketing Management. He enjoys the variety of outdoor activities that New England life offers, including biking and gardening, and is a member of the Androscoggin Valley ATV Club in the NH White Mountains. He loves spending time with his family, and is a proud Deerfield Academy and College of William & Mary, Parent.
