Tim Waldron serves as the Regional Director for Realty Executives New England. He is primarily responsible for the development of the Realty Executives franchise throughout the New England region. Along with his partners he started Realty Executives Cape Cod in 1990. By 1998 Realty Executives Cape Cod was number one in its market and was the first agency on Cape Cod to close over 1,000 transactions in a year. Together they built one of the premier offices in the region and have earned national recognition for their efforts.
In 2000 Tim Waldron assumed responsibility for the development of the Realty Executives franchise throughout New England. In 2004 Mr. Waldron was profiled in National Relocation and Real Estate as a leader that made a difference. Today Realty Executives New England has over 30 offices with over 200 agents and sales exceeding $500,000,000.
Mr. Waldron has extensive experience in the distressed property market. He participated in the successful bank work out of the Pinnacle Hotel (now Summit) in Sugarloaf, Maine. He wrote, implemented and executed a bank work out for South Valley (now Nashaquisett) on Nantucket. He has created and implemented comprehensive marketing plans for several residential real estate projects and is an approved marketing agent for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Citigroup and several other national and local lenders. He has been recognized several times over the years for his sales achievements
Tim has been a licensed real estate agent since 1983. He has developed and been a partner in several commercial properties. His background includes sale management in product specific resort real estate (Ocean Edge Resort, Brewster, Massachusetts). .
Tim grew up in Central Massachusetts, graduated from Boston University and has lived on Cape Cod since 1983. He is married and has three school age children and a beagle that howls too much.
