As a realtor at Pratt Realtors, Kolleens background experience combined with her love of art, design and architecture has made working for Pratt Realtors Inc. a natural transition. After receiving her degree in Marketing, Kolleens interests in Real Estate began in the area of finance while working in Boston for First Financial Management Corp. As a marketing assistant, her time was spent with architects and designers on new construction and restoration projects. She developed a deeper interest in design, which led to studies at the Boston Architectural College where she received a certificate in Kitchen and Bath design.Kolleen later continued her career in home design working for Venture Builders and Luxury Kitchens. Being a resident of Canton MA for 25 years and raising three teenagers, Kolleen is familiar with the neighborhoods, schools and local resources. She has combined her knowledge of the community with her work experience to identify clients needs. Her dedication, attention to detail, and ability to really listen to clients assures both buyers and sellers they are working with a true professional that cares.Kolleen is a member of the GBRB, NKBA and is board member and treasurer of Dan Rinaldi Heart Award Scholarship Fund. She enjoys travel, skiing, golf and trail running with her Siberian Husky named Oakley.
