Bev Krol is a full time broker with 23 years of experience in representing both buyers and sellers in Berkshire County. She has a CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) designation and NAR Green Designation which qualifies her to be a resource for anyone wishing to conserve energy. Bev has a special affinity for first time homebuyers! She is a member of the Berkshire County Board of Realtors and is active in the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce both as an ambassador and a member of the networking and recognition committee. In addition, Bev is involved in many organizations including Pittsfields 250th anniversary committee, the Town Players of Pittsfield, and the Gospel Gang- a local Christian Choir.

When not serving her clients, Bev has for over 40 years, pursued her love of music and has shared her talents to support a variety of community programs, including shows and choruses in the Pittsfield Schools, as a member of the Doo Wah cast, the past director the Dalton Rotary Follies, the producer/director of a musical variety show to benefit the Citizen's Scholarship Foundation, a local chapter of Dollars for Scholars, and the director of the Town Players Cabaret.

Bev was born and raised in Lenox and now lives in Pittsfield with her husband John. John and Beverly have four grown children, Stephanie, Jolene, John Michael and Benjamin and eight beautiful grandchildren, Sophia, Amelia, Oliver, Stanley, Madeline, Arden, Everett and Beckett!
