Marta was born and raised in Lviv, Ukraine. She moved to Baltimore in 1999 to attend Baltimore Seminary College. Fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian, she attended the Maryland Institute of Linguistics in Baltimore to embark in a career teaching English.
Marta began her real estate career in 2005 with Long & Foster. In her first year, she recorded over 4.5 million dollars in transactions. Marta later joined Garceau Realty in Baltimore, establishing herself as one of the brokerages top producers.
