Real service cannot be bought or measured with money; that is sincerity and integrity." --Don Alden Adams

How do I prepare my house to sell at top-dollar without it becoming a full-time job? Can I really manage the stress of buying a new home with so much else going on? Will this kitchen renovation be worth it on resale? Am I actually ready to make the switch and stop renting? I'm here for all your big - and small - questions about real estate, not to mention the ones you didn't even know you had.

Before entering the real estate industry, I owned and operated a successful small business in Pittsburgh, solidifying my valuable skills in negotiation, marketing and client relations. I'm a fierce advocate for my clients and believe that buying and selling homes should be a positive and energizing experience. I strive to make sure my clients feel supported and empowered throughout the process.

With a background in theater and improv comedy, I'm a natural at helping my clients feel comfortable. I aim to add levity and humor to help my clients navigate the often-stressful process of buying or selling a home with ease and confidence. My partner Abby Wilson and I have a deep appreciation for the art of storytelling, allowing us to weave a compelling narrative about a property, its unique features, and the lifestyle it offers, making it more appealing and increasing its perceived value. We know that great real estate agents, like great designers, differentiate themselves by obsessively paying attention to their clients worlds, emotions, unmet (and often unstated) needs, and constraints.

In addition to my expertise in real estate, I am particularly passionate about architecture and interior design. I enjoy exploring the history and design of homes in the Pittsburgh area, and love helping clients see the potential in a property, whether it's a fixer-upper or a move-in ready home. My knowledge of local architecture and design trends helps to provide my clients with creative ideas on home improvements and staging.

My practice in real estate elevates the client experience as paramount. I strive to not only make the home buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible, but to create a lasting and fond memory that people remember forever.

On the personal side, I have 1 incredible husband and 1 incredible daughter, 2 annoying dogs and love to re-arrange furniture in my head to lull me to sleep.
