Kim Crouch Ozman is a Talbot County native, born in Easton and raised in Bozman. She began her real estate career in 2004, at age 18, following in the footsteps of her uncle, a successful real estate broker. By age 19, she owned her own home.
Purchasing a home is an important financial decision, and it can be challenging for even experienced home buyers. Thats why Kim aims to be attentive and caring in her approach to serving clients. She guides them through the entire process, sharing knowledge gained from a lifetime on Marylands Eastern Shore and more than a decade working in real estate. Kim attended St. Michaels elementary, middle and high schools, and Chesapeake College. Married and a mother of two boys, she has been highly active in all sports her whole life, and she coaches field hockey in the fall at St. Michaels High School. Kim is an animal lover and enjoys fishing, hunting and boating.
