She values education and keeping up with the ever-changing world of real estate, which is why she became an E-Pro with the National Association of Realtors. She is also an active member of the Realtors Association of Westmoreland, Indiana and Mon Valley.
Having lived in Westmoreland County for most of her life, Courtney knows just about every town and all the fun shops and events that happen. One of her favorite things to do is the downtown Irwin Ladies Night Out event that happens once a year in November. She also really enjoys the Summer Fest at Cedar Creek Park in Belle Vernon and the Arts Festival at Twin Lakes in Greensburg. There are a ton of local breweries and wineries, as well as small mom and pop restaurants that wont disappoint. And if you are a coffee lover, she has been to every local place in the county! So dont be afraid to ask for a recommendation.
When she isnt working on her real estate business, Courtney is busy with her two daughters. They participate in dance class at Dance Expressions by Erica and recently started t-ball with Norwin Pals. Shes also a dog mom to her rescue dog, Dax, and spoiled dachshund, Hagen. During the summer, she enjoys boating with her husband at Cheat Lake or finding her toes stuck in the sand. Shes a huge fan of anything Pittsburgh: Steelers and Penguins fan and our beloved PNC Park.
