Doug Francis began his real estate career as an agent in 1991 after relocating to Northern Virginia from Boston, Massachusetts. He has consistently maintained a successful real estate practice in part to his belief in hard work, a high level of professionalism, and maintaining a sense of humor. With years of experience and closed sales, he brings a unique perspective with strategic advice and candor to help his clients navigate complex negotiations. Doug was interviewed and quoted in Money Magazine's Best Places to Live article in 2013 that ranked Vienna #3. His deep understanding of the community, location, new home construction and everyday lifestyle helped him easily share his expert knowledge. A framed copy of the article can be seen in the lobby of the Vienna Town Hall. Doug was raised in Providence, Rhode Island and graduated from Boston University with a degree in American History. He now calls Vienna home, where he lives with his wife Patty and their two teenagers in a home that they remodeled ten years ago. You can see Doug walking his Cairn Terrier along the W&OD Trail, or heading into Caffe Amouri for a latte. He is always willing to talk real estate.
