As a lifelong resident of Waynesboro, Paul is one of the areas most successful real estate agents, consistently ranking in the company's Top 10 salespeople and has attained one of it's highest honors, joining the prestigious Presidents Club in 2010. Beginning his career in sales in 1979, Paul was promoted to Sales Manager in 1982, and became Partner 3 years later. From 1991-1999, Paul served as the owner of four real estate offices, located in Waynesboro, Chambersburg, Greencastle and Hagerstown, MD. Since selling the business in 1999, Paul has been a recognizable face on the sales team and can be found doing what he loves and does best both around town and in the Waynesboro Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office.
Although he specializes in the selling of properties, Paul is willing to meet the needs of his clients in any way he can. After overseeing thousands of real estate transactions throughout the course of his career, he truly brings a 'Let Me Help You!' approach to work with him on a daily basis.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Paul is also actively involved with a number of organizations in the community, including Rotary International, the Waynesboro Hospital, the Arts Alliance, and the Greater Waynesboro Chamber of Commerce. He was awarded the Chamber's Business Person of the Year in 2002.
