Kate has built an accomplished career working in all facets of the real estate industry from residential and commercial leasing to residential and retail development. Immediately preceding her move into residential sales, she served as a commercial real estate manager for CB Richard Ellis, the world's leading real estate services firm.
Kate prides herself on her ability to listen to her clients' wants and needs and translate them into reality. Her years in real estate management and development gave her an eye for detail and the ability to find creative solutions to any issue. Known for her effervescent personality, she is committed to making each interaction with her clients a positive one. Kate is in the unique position of having owned all three major types of housing - co-op, condo and single family. Kate graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she met her husband, Rob. After starting their careers in Chicago, they relocated to DC in 2006. They now live in American University Park with their two daughters, dog and cat. Kate loves seeing the world and tries to travel somewhere new each year. She counts eating as her favorite hobby and enjoys trying new restaurants and cooking for friends. Kate loves to read and wishes she had more free time to do so.
