With over 22 years of experience selling real estate in the 4-state area (West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania) and current Broker/Owner of EXIT Success Realty, I use my multi-faceted expertise to benefit my clients. I am passionate when it comes to providing my clients with the best possible real estate experience. I strive to pass my knowledge on to the agents in my office to help them develop and master their skills in every aspect of the real estate business to ensure their clients receive the level of service I would provide myself.

I have completed training with some of the industrys leading REALTORS, Brokers, and best known Trainers therefore I am equipped with the expert knowledge to guide and coach my agents in any specialty they wish to develop. This has also allowed me to assist my clients in all of their real estate endeavors.
I have received numerous awards and have been among the top-producing agents since 2011. I have previously served as President, Vice President, and on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors. I currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce.
I am a graduate of W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax, Virginia, and Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. Additionally, I spent 2 years volunteering as an Environment Education Specialist with the U.S. Peace Corps in Kazakhstan.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Libby, and 2 girls Morgan and Leah, as well as outdoor activities such as camping, running, pickleball, and biking.
