I'm here to help you throughout your entire home buying and selling process. Trying to do it all on your own can be burdensome. I'll find you homes within your price range, help you find buyers, assist you with paperwork, and more.

My dedication to exceptional client service does not cease with the completion of the sale. I pride myself on providing client satisfaction long after the initial transaction, continuing to serve your best interest. In an ever-changing market, I know that it is imperative that both buyers and sellers are consistently provided the most up-to-date information necessary to make the most accurate of decisions.

I have been happy to call the Washington, D.C. area home for more than 35 years. This vibrant, dynamic, and ever-changing city can sometimes be difficult for newcomers, and even locals, to navigate. I strive to provide personalized service to my clients. Every buyer, seller and investor is unique, and my goal is to make each transaction as stress-free and pleasant as possible.

Prior to the real estate business, I enjoyed a career in editing, writing, and conference planning with Georgetown University Medical Center and Oliver Productions. This gave me the privilege to work with people from all over the world, and helped hone my attention to detail. I have one child just out of college, and enjoy biking on the C&O Canal and kayaking on the Potomac, as well as Delaware and Virginia beaches. I give back to the community as substitute teacher (when free) in local public schools and as a blood donor. I encourage everyone who is interested to volunteer or substitute in area schools and everyone who is able to donate blood on a regular basis. A DC area resident since the 1980s, Bruce has lived in Arlington, Bethesda, Annapolis, Capitol Hill, Glover Park, DuPont Circle, Mt. Pleasant, Kalorama, 16th Street Heights, and West End.

Bruce has done extensive volunteer work with local film festivals and in his spare time teaches in the Falls Church and Arlington public school systems.

Bruce won the 2006 Top Producer award from ReMax Allegiance.

BRUCE specializes in buyer broker/buyer agent, brownstones, first-time buyers, coops, historic homes and lofts transactions.

Areas served include D.C., Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Arlington.
