Over the last 4 years I was working with the amazing team of colleagues at Cardinal Realty Brokerage Corp. but things change, people move on, thus, I join Fairfax Realty Select after exploring around for my next super Brokerage firm and I found it as its location is very easy commuting for me and the warm welcome of the Brokers and staff members made me feel right at home. Nothing change regarding the level of the real estate services that I have come to deliver for my clients through out the years and so, I am continuing to perfect the result for my clients, 1 transaction at a time to keep earning their trusts and supports in the months and years to come. My email and cellphone numbers are remaining the same, the only thing changed is the Brokerage firm where requires by the Board of Real Estate Commission that my licenses must be maintained here and the Managing Broker will be overseeing my records and transaction files. Continuing on my real estate services that I have exceptionally providing to my clients from my previous Brokerage firm. I like to keep exploring more ways to efficiently help and to assist my clients on buying and selling of their homes, commercial properties and/or businesses. One of my commercial client whom I have helped on obtaining the Lease Agreement to open his very first restaurant in Alexandria, Landlord was hesitated to agree as he has never run or owned or operated a restaurant before, but I was able to help him to navigate through all of the requests from Landlord in obtaining the Lease. He just has the Grand Opening of the restaurant, he and his wife are so happy! Sellers are happy as I got their houses sold quickly, minimized stressful demands from the other side to bring about as smooth as it could be in the contract process and sometimes with better prices. Buyers are happy as I am tough on negotiation to bring strong offers, to win contracts and better deals for them. I have earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation among other designations and courses that I took to enrich on more knowledge, tactical skill and expertise to provide the best services in most situations in Real Estate transactions for my clients. My Real Estate Investor clients also love to hear from me as I always scan the current market for bargain deals that would yield for them great profit margin. Business Owners whom want to sell their businesses such as restaurant, beauty salon, grocery store, gas station....etc. also recommend me to their friends, relatives after a satisfied experience of my service on their own business transactions. I have a team of strong individuals with years of experience and expertise in real estate, business and commercial properties to provide our clients the best possible results that they come to expect and deserve.
