Helping empty nesters downsize, military families relocate, or individuals just needing a fresh start are services she loves providing. Having experienced all of those situations herself, she feels she is uniquely qualified to help others who may find themselves in similar circumstances. These shared experiences enables her to connect with her clients to help make their home buying or selling transactions enjoyable.

Theresas family growing up was full of general contractors, builders and engineers. Being around the real estate business all of her life, and, having worked as a land developer herself, Theresa has gained an extensive background in real estate including both new construction as well as resale.

She enjoys people and thrives on building strong relationships with each and every client. Theresa believes that being able to relate to people on a personal level and building strong relationships allows her clients to experience the comfortable At Home feel every one of them deserves.

Theresa was born and raised in Anne Arundel County. During her life, she has watched this beautiful area expand from being a predominantly agricultural community, occupied with large farms, and single-family homes, to becoming a more suburban area developed with subdivisions, townhome communities and shopping malls. In fact, as a child, she used to ride her horse through what are now peoples front and back yards!

Theresa Kurtz specializes in mrp and gri transactions.
