My name is Isabel Barrows. I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties in Southern Maryland and surrounding communities. Home of the recent Stanley Cup Champions, Washington Capitals, and MLB team the Washington Nationals. This area as well as D.C. and Virginia have experienced incredible growth in the last couple of years, and has become one of the most desirable areas.

As a real estate professional who has represented numerous clients over six years, I offer my knowledge of the area to each and every client to maximize their experience. I have been licensed since July 2013. My family and I have several rental properties and have completed several residential investment projects. I helped to design and market these investment properties. I can help provide important information to investors. My Bachelors of Business Management degree, as well as completing numerous EXIT training programs, my ability to utilize cutting edge technology and tools allow me to effectively communicate with and best serve my clients. With my certifications and training, I am better equipped at understanding how best to present your property to potential buyers. I am also fluent in Spanish.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas my family and I moved to Southern Maryland with our three children and our family pet dog, Beau. My two youngest children attend a local elementary school and my oldest is a part time student, while also helping with our family real estate business. We are part of a local church. I enjoy living in this community. I serve and often visit the local trails, parks, and farmers markets.
