Patsy J. (Pat) Hancock was born and raised in the Village of Midlothian in the house that is now Crab Louis Restaurant. She has witnessed the area's growth from a small country village outside of the city to a sprawling suburb of the Greater Richmond Metropolitan area. After graduating with a B.A. in English from Hollins University, Pat worked in law offices as a Real Estate paralegal. She later went on to become manager of a LandAmerica Settlement Services office before retiring in November 2002. Becoming a Realtor in the fall of 2008 with Long & Foster was a natural progression and she joined the Craig Via Realty & Relocation team in March 2011. In March 2012 she joined with Keller Williams Realty for 2 years until March 2014 and she is now associated with Joyner Fine Properties. Her in- depth knowledge of the area and all it has to offer are a major asset when helping clients with their buying and selling needs.
