As a Real Estate Broker in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area, my specialties include working with: buyers and sellers, new construction, relocation, and "niche" experience in working with custom home buyers and sellers 1,000,000+. I have experience in Wake Forest, Raleigh, Falls Lake Area/N Raleigh, Rolesville, Youngsville, Franklinton, Cary, Apex & Durham. Although I work all price points, few agents have experience within the custom home niche. When choosing to buy a custom home, or any new home, representation by an experienced buyers agent is a MUST, representing YOU, the buyer. Building a custom home is a very unique experience, from choosing type of financing (ex: construction loan), picking the right builder to fit your needs, designing a custom floorplan and selecting from an abundance of interior finishes (virtually unlimited). As an experienced agent selling custom homes, I have relationships with many builders and can assist with the distinction between builder and neighborhood, provide lending options, negotiate contracts, offer design ideas, keep your budget on track, and manage "hiccups" along the way. I am on your side, representing you, during the 10-12 month build process. In listing custom homes, I have the experience and knowledge to market the unique features your custom home offers.
I am a native of Pittsburgh and Summa Cum Laude Marketing graduate from Penn State University. I started selling real estate in Phoenix in 2005. Prior to this, I spent five years in Resort Sales, living in Orlando and San Antonio. In 2012, I was licensed in North Carolina after relocating to Raleigh for my husband's job. I hold membership in both the National Association of Realtors and North Carolina Association of Realtors. In 2019, my sales exceeded 6 million and I was the top listing agent within my firm (number 2 top volume sold). In 2020, my sales exceeded 9M and I was the number 2 overall selling agent at Raleigh Cary Realty. In 2021, I joined eXp Realty where I can excel and grow with a premier group of agents as well as mentor new agents.
My husband and I are blessed with two boys, Braden, born in 2012 and Bryce, born in 2014. Social interests include bible study, working out, sports and travel. I have a heart for helping children, serving within my church's nursery & special needs ministry, as well as supporting charity organizations that focus on kids in need internationally (where I donate 10 percent of every commission). Real Estate is not only a career, but my passion, and I look forward to working together!
