Megan Richardson is a full time Greater Baltimore Area Realtor and co-founder of the Richardson LaGrant Group of Cummings & Co Realtors. A Baltimore area Realtor and business owner now for 13 years, Megan has lead both home sellers and buyers through some of the toughest challenges our real estate industry has had to offer since 2005. Megan has a degree in the Performing Arts from the University of MD. With a flair for performing and directing, Megan discovered her innate ability to work with others toward common goals, to be creative and influential in her approach and to deliver the best possible quality solution to any situation. In business for 20+ years, from working for a world renowned theater company, to working for the top catering company in Washington, D.C. (Megans hometown) to establishing her own consulting company in event planning & project management, Megan ultimately found the perfect fit in real estate. When asked about her project management background, Megan offers this, the residential real estate transaction requires attention to a tremendous amount of details, and I want to provide the best possible leadership, systems, and support for our clients as they make their way to a new home. When away from real estate Megan loves art, loves to travel, loves laughter, loves nature and rainy days at the movies.
