After working in Multi-Unit Management for Fortune 500 Companies for twenty plus years, Tom Tinsley has been investing in real estate for the last nine years. During this time he has flipped twelve houses, acquired eighteen rental units and owns four real estate companies. These companies include one for Flipping/Purchasing Rentals, Property Management, Home Improvement and Cleaning as well as Landscaping. Becoming a Real Estate Agent was the next natural progression to be able utilize the knowledge he has gained to assist other investors and home owners achieve their real estate goals. While his past experience will assist in making your transaction as smooth as possible, he also understands the need for listening, patience and what exceptional client service requires.
