Karen came to Tindal and Callahan Real Estate in 1991 after working for a developer and property management company. With a background in social work, Karen brings her experience working with people to the real estate industry. With her confidence and attention to detail, professional attitude and knowledge of the Boothbay Region, she brings her clients the utmost in reliable service. She holds the national designation of G.R.I. and while serving as a director on the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS sat on the state strategic planning and pathways to professionalism committees.
Karen grew up in New York state but had been summering in the Boothbay area her entire life. She has called Boothbay Harbor "home" since 1975. She and her husband, Phil, live in a classic summer inn that they rehabbed while raising two children.
