LuAnne was delightful. She is a genuinely warm person who makes you feel quite comfortable. We were from NJ and did not know any real estate agents, so we lucked up when we decided to work with LuAnne who was also the sellers agent. She was always patient with our stupid questions.wwwpletely gracious, professional and competent. We arrived on the day of the closing to do the final walk-through. I was exhausted from 4 days of driving. I knew the house was a fixer-upper, but when I walked into it, I just burst into tears. My husband is a handy-man, but I was not prepared for this. But, it has all worked out. The seller left a few things and LuAnne found someone to take them away. She also helped us with a locksmith.
