Frank came to the US with his family from Germany. For more than half of his life he lived on Long Island, NY where he enjoyed boats, sailing and waterfront activities. His work experience in dock construction and some home construction using various heavy equipment kept him tied to the water.
Long Island experience included management and maintenance of family real estate.
He followed family to Maine in about 2000 and utilized his experience with heavy duty equipment in managing the Road Department of a coastal town. Circumstances brought him to Interstate Trucking for a number of years. Covid made that job very difficult and he semi-retired.
His experiences with the construction and management of family rental properties lead him to selling real estate. First as a Sales Agent, now as an Associate Broker.
People appreciate his considerate and calm demeanor and throrough care in representing both buyers and sellers.
