David is a second generation owner/designated broker of Willis Real Estate. He grew up in the business watching and eventually working alongside his parents, Paul and Jan Willis, as they helped clients navigate the buying and selling process. From his parents David learned a strong sense of community, the importance of communication, and to always put the client's needs first. Licensed in 2002 David has nearly twenty years of experience and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer topping thirteen million dollars in sales in 2020. David serves on the Board of Directors for the Gorham Business Exchange, Gorham Village Alliance, and Gorham Youth Travel Basketball in addition to coaching 7th grade boys basketball at Gorham Middle School. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and any game involving a deck of cards.
David works with everyone from first time home-buyers to real estate investors.
