My Philosophy about real estate is that I am here to help two parties come together- the buyer and seller! I will make sure the transactions of either buying or selling your home will go as smoothly as possible! The sale of your home is as important to me as it is to you. That is my commitment to you!
I have 14 years of experience as a Designated Broker and business owner in the real estate industry with a comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of the local residential/commercial real estate business.
My desire to possess an even broader understanding of the real estate industry led me to becoming actively involved as a Director of the local board of Realtors in 2006 and eventually become the President for the Greater Portland Board of Realtors (2011). Presently, I continue to serve as a Director on the Board of Realtors both at the local and State level. Im also involved and serve on over a dozen other boards and committees within the Real Estate Community and the Community at large.
Creative Solutions/Objective Opinions:
As I get to know your home better, and the feedback starts coming in, I may find that the market is objecting to something that neither of us thought of. Or, I may discover special features in your home that should be showcased differently. Either way, I take great pride in my creative solutions this is, making adjustments as we go along in response to market feedback and conditions. If I see something that needs to be changed, I will tell you whether or not I think its something that you want to hear. Many agents seem to assume that their clients are not open to suggestions, and I work on the assumption that thats part of what youre paying me for!!

I am a full time real estate agent. Representing my clients is my top priority. I am responsive to inquiries by both buyers and other agents. I am respected in the real estate community as a quality agent which means that other agents will be happy to show my listings to their buyers. They know that I am professional, fair and creative which makes their job just a little easier.
My service guarantee is simple. I do what I say Im going to do, when I say Im going to do it. If you are unhappy with my service, you may terminate our agreement. No questions asked.
