April was born and raised in South Portland, Maine and discovered her love for Real Estate at the age of 12 when she forced her mom to go to an open house in her neighborhood. That day she realized how much love she had for old houses with period details and also that she would one day need a walk-in closet in her life.
April got her real estate sales agent license in 2005 and it has been a roller coaster ride ever since. She survived the market crash and recession and started a growing real estate team in 2016. April and her buyer specialist, LeeGoldberg, shares her same passion for helping clients through the buying process by providing great customer service with pride and patience.
April has been able to make great connections throughout the years with lenders, title companies and contractors to help her clients with both buying and selling.
