Tyler grew up in Augusta and attended Kents Hill School. After college he lived in Portland with his wife for 9 years. After the birth of their first daughter, he and his family returned to Augusta to be closer to family. Tyler knows the area well, is passionate about real estate and has a wide range of knowledge.
Prior to joining Sprague & Curtis Real Estate, he had spent 10 years of working in project management for one of the country's largest environmental consultants as a fisheries biologist. He also founded Fluid Farms: a cutting edge, environmentally friendly greenhouse business that produced gourmet greens, herbs, and hybrid striped bass. Owning a business required drive, creativity and the ability to think outside the box, talents which Tyler now brings to all his real estate client relationships.
His professional experience has given him the ability to work efficiently, while maintaining flexibility as challenges arise. Tyler believes that honesty and communication are the most important factors in real estate.
