Mandy Wheeler

Born and raised in Maine, Mandy started her real estate career when she was 3 years old, showing guests to their rooms at the hotel her parents managed in Bethel, Maine.

Since obtaining her real estate license in 2013 (after being the head of a property management company for 2 years), Mandy has quickly become a top producer, selling over 23 million dollars in real estate in 2021. She was awarded Portland Realtor of The Year 2018 by the Portland Phoenix Magazine, and that same year opened up her own real estate agency, Urban and Rural (U&R) Real Estate! In 2021, she was voted Portlands Realtor of the Year again by Portland Old Port magazine. She primarily practices in Southern and Midcoast Maine.
