Known as the premier condo broker in Portland, and affectionately nicknamed "The Condo Queen" by the broker community, Elise consistently ranks as the top condo agent in sales volume in the area. Her success and expertise in the condo sales market are built on knowing the ins and outs of all the condo associations, her relationships with the management companies, and her familiarity and appreciation of Portlands neighborhoods and amenities. Along with developing this market niche, she is the author of Portland's highly-regarded Annual Portland Condo Report - tracking and analyzing area condo developments and selling trends. As the creator and host of Cocktails and Condos - Elise provides opportunities for top downtown Portland brokers to casually get together and share the latest news and developments. Elise is often invited to present at industry groups such as the Rental Housing Alliance, the Maine Real Estate and Development Association, the Women's Council of Realtors, and more.
A big believer in giving back to the community, Elise has served on the boards of the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Organization and the Portland Independent Business and Community Alliance (Portland Buy Local). She has also served on Maine Initiatives' Grant Making Committee and is an enthusiastic donor to that organization and others committed to social, racial, and economic justice through the Vitalius Giving Program.
Elise previously worked with Portland Downtown to promote the downtown area as an ideal place to live, work, play, and invest. She was also named one of Portland's most influential people by the Portland Phoenix. Simply put, Elise lives and breathes Portland, and her enthusiasm for the community is infectious!
A transplant from Pennsylvania, Elise graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston with a BS degree in the music industry. Her passions include reading, the beach, traveling the country to see live music, and pickleball. She has lived with her wife, Morgan, and cat, Pip on Munjoy Hill for the past 18 years.
