I'm an experienced negotiator and problem-solver. I've also personally purchased and sold, all over the country, over a dozen homes. I've owned a farm (orange and grapefruit grove), several businesses, rental property and different types of residential properties--single family, townhouse, and condominium. With this depth and breadth of experience, both personal and professional, I'm able to tackle even the thorniest of issues for my clients and work them through to a desirable outcome.
