Aaron Chadbourne has led the company since he took over the family business in 2018 and he has been licensed to sell real estate in Maine since 2002. Aaron is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School and a former Senior Policy Advisor to the Governor of Maine. He grew up in Gorham, Maine, and learned the ropes working alongside his parents in the business, selling his first house at the age of 18 and selling real estate to pay for college.

Aaron works alongside a Team of licensed Realtors who assist with every aspect of the home buying and selling process, including Buyer Specialist Steve Libby, Client Care Manager Carol Petersen, and Dennis Chadbourne, Aaron's dad and the team's Marketing Director.

Aaron's mother, Demetria, began her real estate career working for ERA where she was ranked the #1 ERA Agent in the State of Maine for 11 years and one of the top 15 ERA agents Nationally for over a decade, rankin #2 ERA agent in the United States for 7 consecutive years.

In 2003, Demetria opened Demetrias Team The Real Estate Group in order to provide the most exceptional level of service possible to home Buyers and Sellers and the company has sold well over $500 million of real estate and defined itself as a market leader.
