The Scott & Sunny Townsend Team of Keller Williams Greater Portland, specializes in residential and vacation home real estate in Scarborough and the Portland South area in Maine. Originally from Massachusetts, my love of the Maine coast stems from my good fortune of having vacationed at Higgins Beach every year of my life. After graduating from Nichols College, I moved to Scarborough and have been a year round resident ever since. Sunny, my wife, joined me in 2003 and, in her role as the team's leader, she not only possesses a wealth of real estate knowledge, she also keeps the team focused on providing the best possible service for our clients and on maintaining a positive work environment. Sunny is a graduate of Susquehanna University and made the move to Maine after her first visit to the beautiful coast. Aside from real estate, we enjoy the diverse outdoor playground that Maine offers from hiking, biking, kayaking, snowboarding, to golfing & playing with my our dogs. We love to travel and especially value our beach time.
