Many took advantage, flooding to buy! That did not stop investors either. The market got so HOT HOT HOT, that buyers and sellers had so many choices; with choices-comes confusion. My job...make is easy and as less stressful as possible. From keeping up with ALL first time homebuyer programs, to the Honor of helping Veterans with their VA loans, to the investors needing loans or needing Real Estate Contracts, to LAND(Commercial, Acreage, Residential) and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
