Pamela has lived in the Oakland County area for over 22 years, she enjoys all of the exciting area attractions, such as the beautiful lakes, golf courses and shopping. She has three exceptional Adult children, a Son who currently is working for Ford Motor Company in Computer Engineering, and two Daughters who have graduated from Michigan State, "Go Green". Her youngest is an English Teacher for West Bloomfield High School, "Go Lakers", and her middle Daughter, is currently working on her Nursing Degree. Pamela actively works on keeping her Real Estate credentials current by having her SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure) certification, along with her Relocation certifications. Pamela feels knowledge is a never ending learning experience. Her Sellers are excited to work with her, because she brings them not only results, but the most current technology advancements on getting them Sold, not 90 days later, but usually less than 30 days, and recently within a week. One of her "tools" is a 3D Tour - this allows the prospective Buyers to literally "walk around" the home prior to viewing it. She negotiates on behalf of her Sellers to get them the most for their home and works very hard with the local Buyers Agents, Mortgage Companies and most importantly, the Appraisers to get to a successful closing. Her Buyers seek her out to help them find the best deal in their price point and also to advise them regarding Short Sales and Foreclosures, so they have all of the information they need to make an informed decision and a good investment.
