Chase Erickson is the original owner and founded Wild Rivers Realty & Associates in 1995. Erickson grew WRR from a sole proprietor in Florence to four office locations; Florence, Iron Mountain, MI, Crystal Falls, MI and Iron River, MI. WRR has been the top producing real estate firm in the regional MLS for the past 15 years!
Erickson was born and raised in Florence County and returned to the area after college because of his love for the outdoors and his desire to come home. Trained in Forestry and wildlife preservation, Chase worked for the Forest Service for several years and spent summers fighting wildfires around the country.
Chase and his wife, Lisa, live in Spread Eagle with their three children. They are a 6th generation family in Florence County. Erickson's family owned the Florence Mining News is Florence for more than 80 years.
Chase is now back in Florence and manages our Florence office. He is excited to be back in his hometown an looks forward to assisting sellers & Buyers in the process of purchasing property. He takes pride in his negotiation skills and enjoys marketing properties for sellers and finding the perfect property for buyers in the process of purchasing property.
