I've been in real estate since 1990, joining a Grand Rapids-based appraisal firm after graduating from WMU. At that time, you simply needed a real estate sales license to appraise, so I've been doing both ever since. And, to be honest, I really enjoy both! Appraising allows me to understand price, value and market conditions with great clarity. Selling allows me to work with, understand and help my Clients achieve their real estate goals. Both endeavors compliment each other and the end result is the best feeling in the world - a very happy Client!
On a personal note, I moved here from Toms River, NJ in 1984 and graduated from Rogers High School in 1985, then Western Michigan University in 1989. I am blessed with a great family: my wife Mary and three outstanding kids, Ginesa, Alex and Jordan. We enjoy going to Lake Michigan in the summer and visiting my parents in Florida once or twice a year.
