Sandy Chouhan is a Florida based REALTOR, who has been actively buying and selling homes since 2018. Sandy sells residential and commercial properties in South Tampa, New Tampa, Carrollwood, Lutz, Westchase, Wesley Chapel, and surrounding areas. On the residential side, Sandy specializes in helping first time home buyers achieve home ownership, negotiating great deals on new construction homes, and saving sellers in pre-foreclosure. On the commercial side she specializes in the purchase, sale, and leasing of gas stations, restaurants, or any space in the commercial spectrum.

She is also a supporter of the Roland McDonald House and Children's Hospital where she loves to do volunteer work.
Sandy earned her Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, and Computers from Punjabi University in India where she was an honor student. Having relocated across an ocean, Sandy has a unique perspective on the stresses of relocation and she is extremely skilled at minimizing the stress her clients experience when buying or selling a home or business. Her clients needs and desires are the driving factors of her business, and helping people is her goal.
Outside of work, Sandy likes to spend time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include listening to music, dancing, and cooking for her 4year old daughter and son.
