Thank you for visiting my website and now learning more about me. I was born and raised in Battle Creek Michigan. I have lived my entire life in the Kalamazoo area. I love to be active - with fitness activities, travel and work. I worked for Pharmacia & Upjohn (now Pfizer) in Kalamazoo as a Project Coordinator until my position was transferred out of state, then chose to go after my passion in health and fitness and served as the General Manager for a 3000 member fitness club. Then in 2007, my best friend of over 30 years and I started our own company where we buy and sell/lease option investment properties. Exposure to the world of real estate made me realize this is where my passion lay. With extensive experience in business management, marketing and selling; and with my new found love of real estate; becoming a Realtor was a natural career choice and way of life for me.
I work with both buyers and sellers. To my typical buyer, I know you want an agent you can trust that has your best interest at heart. I'm not here to sell you any particular home, I'm here to help you find the right home for you. To my first time home buyers, I have the patience to walk you step by step through the intimidating process of buying a home. I welcome your questions, and won't rush you into making a decision and encourage you to see enough homes to feel comfortable having identified the right home for you. To my relocating buyer, I look forward to helping you see and feel all that Southwest Michigan has to offer. I look forward to answering your questions about our area, community, events, schools, neighborhoods, etc. During your initial visits, I am happy to tour you around the town and various neighborhoods so you can get a feel where you would like to live and help you understand local market values.
To my local seller, I will bring you a marketing plan that will lay out exactly what we will do step by step before and after we get you on the market. I will help you identify ideas for staging and readying your home for market, give you fair market value, teach you what your competitors are selling for, and then explain the marketing strategies I will implement once we hit the market and communicate with you along the process. You and I will work together to get your home sold!
