In my nearly30 years in Real Estate, I could write a book on all the different experiences, people and vast array of property I have been involved with. It has all been quite interesting. I was the broker/owner of an office for 13 years., I started out in this business as a Real Estate Appraiser and still hold that license. I appraise mostly for private parties, attorneys, estate planning, tax appeal, etc. As a Broker, I specialize in working with the unique needs of the Baby Boomer Generation and their Parents. I have a huge referral base of service providers to help my clients make the transition they need to make. Working with the younger folks has its own set of challenges. I enjoy helping these clients as well. After all these years I can still honestly say, I love my job! . I proudly serve on the Professional Standards Committee at the Mainstreet Organization of Relators as well as the Illinois Association of Realtors.
Terry specializes in appraisals, listing/ buyer's agent, seniors, 1st time buyers and short sales transactions.
